I am a 400lb father of three and a former college football player. I am trying to get my life back on track by getting back healthy. I am a educated young man that is currently working on his doctoralk degree, yet I am unable to find anyone who would ensure me so that i can have health insurance. I just heard about the 50 million pound challenge on the Steve Harvey show and I have now been working out and eating right for three weeks today and have lost 20lbs, so I am up for the challenge and thanks for the oppurtunity! I imagine getting to a pool would be a good thing. There are flotation devices you can hold between your legs. This allows you to drag yourself through the water with your arms. Also when you get to this point, walking in the pool or look up aqua jogger equipment. Do what makes sense to work the upper body until you are more mobile.
